In reality, what the western media refers to as Al Qaeda is nothing more than a Salafi Jihadists.
Salafists Islam is the version of Islam pre-dominate in Saudi Arabia and Qatar and the government of Saudi Arabia actually recruits Islamic extremists from their schools to wage Salafi Jihad against other Sunni and Shiite Muslims.
The United States doesn’t want you to know this because Saudi Arabia’s jihadists are used as a proxy mercenary army to conduct covert operations for the US Government.
For example, they were used to overthrow the Libya government and are actively working to overthrow the Syria government.

The BBC is steeped in guilt for selling Blair's dodgy dossier on the Iraq WMD's. The only person who was sacked was one jounalist who told the truth about the false intelligence.

I bought Scheuer's books when they first came out. At that time Scheuer used the pen name of Anonymous.
IMO Salafi Jihadists are Wahabbi's let off the chain. KSA and the US went into Afghanistan through Pakistan and their ISI. The Mujahadeen is were supposedly OBL made his mark.
In reality OBL was known as a meek Islamic spirit wandering through the mountains of Afghanistan. He was NOT known as a warrior for the cause. He was used as a money funnel. A/Q did not have the ways and means to pull off 9/11. I do not even believe that it was OBL that they supposedly killed in Pakistan. A/Q is a myth that is wrapped inside of an enigma. :-)
We along with some of the Europeans and Wahabbi elders found a small group in Pakistan that called its self [The Base].
It was then sculpted into being a global terrorist team. Want to know the real truth about 9/11, OBL, A/Q, ask Prince Turki al Faisal, and or Prince Bandar.
They know the truth.

I even taught my Business Management class that Fall of 2001 about the Wahabis and how they must have been used by the military in collusion with the Saudis, ISI, A.Q. Khan, etc., black ops group.
I also bought Scheuer's books as he's an incontrovertible source of real information about this espionage.
And, of course, I also thought the anomalous OBL was hung out to dry by his family, who had its oldest brother (who was in charge of the family franchise) shot down in a another mysterious air crash, and used as the scapegoat for almost everything by the US Military/CIA/NSA, etc., etc.
And I called the assassination of OBL a fraud on the day it was announced as it was documented and was common knowledge that he had gone into a US hospital on 9/10/01 for kidney dialysis and had his death notice published in early 2002 in Afghanistan/Pakistan/SA.
But, hey, he's dead so ELECT OBAMA!
Who ordered his death.
Again.
Will wonders ever cease?
