Revolution Comes Due To Lack of Democratic Outcomes: China Has More Democracy Than West Now?

What the Fuck Has Occupy Done So Far? (Just click to find out!)*

Officials: Al-Qaida underwear bomber worked for CIA (Oh, come onnn. Tell us something new.)

Gay marriage: North Carolina voters approve constitutional ban (Sad day for freedom.)

Bye Bye To One of the Last Old-Time Republicans - Tea party upstart Mourdock defeats longtime Indiana Sen. Lugar

In the wake of the European elections, we now can see that the voters did notice and act upon the lack of democratic outcomes they were treated to by the Austerity Regime(s).

BRIC countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China) are slowly moving out of the dollar now and settling on other currencies. Do you think the West's threat of extinction is really all that's backing the dollar?

We know that moving the jobs offshore enriched the owners and stockholders by impoverishing the country (due to lack of revenue and the rapidly increasing finance and trade deficits). Not to mention the huge of costs of ultra-high unemployment. (But that's okay evidently because the poor pay these costs.)

Now we're told by our owners that they need another round of tax cuts (and will annihilate the last of the social safety net - Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, WIC, etc., - to get them if we aren't quick about it). Oh, and the banks need another bailout too (thank you, very much!).

Dr. Paul Craig Roberts (ex-Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Ronald Reagan) doesn't see any easy way out.

Or any way out with the "leadership" we have in the U.S. (I think he's in hiding now.)

Neither do I. You?

From Zero Hedge:

Co-Founder Of Reaganomics, Paul Craig Roberts, "There Is Probably More Democracy In China Than There Is In The West"

Tyler Durden's picture

Paul Craig Roberts: "The West prides itself that it is the standard for the world, that it is a democracy. But nowhere do you see democratic outcomes:
not in Greece, not in Ireland, not in the UK, not here; the outcomes are always to punish the innocent and reward the guilty. And that's what the Greeks are in the streets protesting.

We see this all over the west. There is no democracy, there are oligarchies; some of these smaller European countries are not even run by their own governments, they are run by Wall Street . . . . There is probably more democracy in China than there is in the west. Revolution is the only answer . . . . We are confronted with a curious situation. Throughout the west we think we have democracy, we hold ourselves up high, we demonize China, we talk about the mafia state of Russia, we talk about the Arabs and so on, but where is the democracy here?"
Good question!

Class?

(P.S. To my regular readers I need to say that I've just broken a tooth, so please excuse the lisp. I'm doing the best I can. Thanks for your support!)
